SHIPING

Processing time for MADE-TO-ORDER items is 2-3weeks after payment has been received. 
Processing time for READY-TO-SHIP items is 3-5 business days after payment has been received. An email will be sent to confirm shipment.

Small signs (under 24") will ship via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. 
Our larger signs (any side measuring over 24") will ship via UPS and typically arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment. 
If you need an item by a specific date please be sure to contact me and if possible we can arrange a different delivery option for an additional fee. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept refunds or returns. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order!

CUSTOM ORDERS:
 
A $10 custom design fee will be added to the cost. 

I love doing custom work and really enjoy it. I would be more than happy to work with you on a special piece! To order just message me your idea and roughly the size you'd like. I will set up a custom listing spot in the shop with the price and once paid we can begin the design process. Once the design is agreed upon no chances can be made. 

IMPORTANT:
PLEASE make sure to check over spelling, punctuation, capitalization, spacing, etc. The digital proof that you approve will be what I use to create the sign.
